These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and RydanPath ("RydanPath", "we", "us"), operated by Pedja Stanojev, and govern your use of the RydanPath mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
RydanPath helps United States truck drivers estimate the profit of a load and find fuel and truck stops along a route, using data from third parties. The App provides information and estimates to assist your decisions. It does not drive, dispatch, or make decisions for you.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or use the App or its data to build a competing product, and you may not access the App by automated means or scrape its data.
RydanPath is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for your own judgment. Routes, distances, diesel prices, tolls, truck-stop details, weather, and profit figures are estimates and come from third-party sources that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for verifying routes and for the safe and legal operation of your vehicle, including bridge heights, weight and size limits, hazmat and other restrictions, hours of service, and all applicable laws. Always confirm fuel prices and stop accessibility before you rely on them.
RydanPath does not provide navigation or turn-by-turn driving directions, and it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or professional financial advice. Profit and savings figures are estimates for planning only.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App relies on third-party services (including mapping, routing, fuel and toll data, and weather). We do not control that data and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate is correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RydanPath and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, fuel costs, fines, or losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its estimates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are between you and RydanPath only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
