Delete your RydanPath account
You can permanently delete your RydanPath account and all of its data at any time. This action
cannot be undone.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open RydanPath and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice. Your account and data are removed right away and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile (name, home base, driver type)
- Your truck details
- Your saved loads and trip history
- Your expenses and all receipt images
- Your account and sign-in
Note: deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. If you have
RydanPath Premium, cancel it separately in your App Store subscription settings, or you will keep
being billed.
Can't access the app?
If you can no longer sign in, you can request deletion by email. Send us a message from the email
address on your account and we will delete your account and data.
Request account deletion by email
We verify the request comes from your account email, then delete your account and
data. This does not cancel an App Store subscription.
